This is a huge resort and the property occupies 1% of the entire island. It is consisted of two parts; a hotel complex (Belvedere) and an apartment complex (La Cuesta), and is located inland and takes approximately 30 minutes from Guam International Airport. 30 minutes travel by free shuttle bus takes you to the tourist centre of Tumun area with various restaurants and shops.
